Billing questions
- What counts as an active demo site?
- A business whose demo is viewable at its preview link: statuses demo or sold. Archived and exported sites do not count, so you can keep a full pipeline of prospects.
- What are AI intake credits?
- One credit runs one full site-content refresh: the client answers a short profile questionnaire and we generate updated copy, FAQs, and meta across the demo. Starter and Pro include monthly credits; extra packs never expire.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel in the billing portal whenever you like. Handed-over sites keep working forever either way.
