The service

Website Demo Factory generates demo websites for local businesses so your agency can show a prospect a finished site before they buy. Paid plans raise the number of active demo sites you can keep and add white-label and AI intake features.

Your data and your client's site

You own the business data you enter and the sites you export. We claim no rights over exported WordPress packages beyond the license below.

Demos are previews: they are marked noindex, are not indexed by search engines, and must not be presented to clients as a finished, live site.

Engine license

The site engine, theme, and plugin remain ours. An exported site includes a license to use them on that client's website only. You may not resell the engine itself or reuse exported files to build sites outside this service.

Billing

Plans are month-to-month and renew through Stripe. Cancel anytime in the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Credit packs are one-off purchases and do not expire.

When a downgrade drops your slot limit below your number of active demos, nothing is auto-archived; you choose what to archive, and creating new sites is blocked until you are back under the limit.

Fair use and content

You are responsible for the business data you upload and for having permission to use it (names, reviews, photos). We may suspend accounts that host illegal content or abuse the service.

No guarantees

We build well-structured local-SEO sites, but we do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, or revenue. The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
